I'm a versatile director of photography, camera operator and self-shooting director with experience that spans documentary, drama, branded content, idents and commercials.

Born and raised in the north of England, I now split my time between Manchester, and Brazil, where I have a home in the centro region of Sao Paulo city.

In Brazil I shoot regularly all over the country - from off-grid in Amazonia to large-scale studio shoots in Sao Paulo - and am equally comfortable self-shooting a documentary or content film, as I am running a team of camera and lighting crew.

In the UK I shoot factual, content and art and music film. I have a base in Manchester but also regularly shoot in London and further afield.

I’m experienced with multi-camera shoots for interviews and more complex scenarios, as well as remote shooting for clients not able to be on-set.

I have a Sony FX6, which is great for many jobs nowadays. If we’re hiring in, I’m familiar with all cameras on the market, through Canon, Sony, Blackmagic Arri and RED.

I speak English and Portuguese fluently, and have a god command of French (almost fluent comprehension).
